140,000 SF ten-story commercial office building in a historic section of Silver Spring, Maryland. The Art Deco, ”streamlined-moderne” design won the 1985 Washington Business Journal Award for the “Most Exclusive Office Address in Silver Spring,” and one of the “Top Ten Office Buildings in Maryland.” The Washington Post praised this building for its role in the revival of Silver Spring's unusual and cohesive identity:  “The resulting project is quite a good example of sympathetic, contextual architecture.” “…meets the corner with a handsome rounded form… and like the existing stores it meets the street well, with extremely attractive windows for clearly delineated, separate stores.” - Benjamin Forgey - Washington Post “Style” 1985
